Of course they won't be able to! Ron,don't you know ANYTHING about our 'launch on warning' doctrine, much less the 'launch on nuke hits on the Oral House' doctrine ?? .... Well Ken... what's the point here?? If the Chinese and Russians can't get away with a pre-emptive strike in anticipation of Y2K, what in god's name leads to believe they will try? That's referred to as national suicide. Oh and btw, I'll leave the coal mines to you. I must prefer to be vaporized, as I believe I have a better place to go. And besides, I'd rather watch "The Road Warrior", instead of living it.
