Well, well, This reporting is taking a long time and is it possible that KCMike is correct in saying that they will have problems being current? As you stated on APRIL 5 I contacted the ITKG headquarters today and I must admit they are very upbeat. The reason is the Form 10 and it's near completion. I am told that we are in the final stages and it WILL be filed in the very near term. I am pleased to see that our company accepts the importance of this filing and that we ,as investors, will have the opportunity to see the financial condition of our company. MORE IMPORTANTLY, we will be satisfying the SEC requirement for a reporting company and will be ready to proceed with business. That was 3 and 1/2 months ago. I think the theory of the antenna is great and has great potential but I don't see how their business plan (as introduced on this thread) is coming to fruition. Since I am on vacation and in the lovely city of Vancouver, does anyone have any questions they would like me to ask. I leave sometime monday and so be quick. DAV
