Has the company released an audited balance sheet to the public this year? With so much talk about credibility, I'm wondering whether the cash position is verifiable. I know in previous posts, people were talking about burn rates and how much money management has been claiming to have. But what I'm now wondering is whether or not their liquidity claims can be substantiated by an audited statement? What if they were providing misleading cash figures in their news releases? What if the company is borderline insolvent? I'm sure they were expecting, if not relying on stock options to be exercised this year and in turn more cash flow. Yet that seems unlikely given the current state of the stock. So has anyone seen a recent AUDITED statement that can verify their supposed liquid state, or has everyone just been going on management's word?
