Oh I just figured something out. The cpu fan turns off because the memory is not there -- it's on the memory chip duh. This is starting to make sense. What we need is non-volatile memory. Just so happens a company I'm researching does (supposedly) just that. It's a bulletin board company and seems kinda scammy at this point in my findings. MMTI. See the Raging Bull board for more. w
