The SEC rules says that they HAVE to buy the calls when it is more than 3/8 (or 3/16?) in the money. they have NO choice. If they do not, you will win and not even have to go to the NASD arbitrator. Just ask for an SEC seizure of the entire E*Trade organization. Also keep track of trading and opportunites that you want to trade on that you will MISS while they abuse their ignorance. It all comes back into Punitive damages. Waterhouse is finally almost getting it while they discuss issues wiht a few various regulatory organizations.......
