Louie,

There are two considerations that I feel might be contributing to the recent flat share trading pattern on CBM--one might be that CBM has not yet completely vested to earn the 49% in Discover Canada----last time I spoke to a CBM company representative I was told they have made payments totalling $50,000. to date the remaining amount still requird is another $50,000. and 1/2 million shares of CBM!

From what I understand they still have considerable time to make the remaining payment--several months or longer? JMO!

I noticed a news release on Friday by RG regarding some travel agency representation---I don't understand the reasons for the management decisions but it will be interesting to see how it impacts the RG and CBM scenarios in the future.

This is just my own opinion but from what I have read in previous press releases it appeared that the travel agency that apparently is no longer associated with the Discover Canada site was entitled to take somewhere around 70% of the earnings/revenues ? of the site while they were still associated? JMO! Maybe CBM and RG Management felt this was an unreasonable percentage--and made the necessary adjustments? Just my guess!

Maybe we should keep an eye on the RG thread and see if any of the RG Shreholders make some posting contributions--I'm guessing some of them might find it prudent to contact RG Management on Monday! Just a thought!

Louie--have you talked to CBM Management lately?

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
