Michael, my father spends 95 percent of his time out of the country. Today the arrived back home. Many things have happened since he left. After a long debate, and a look what Genesis has done that they said they would, ( keep in mind I've been driving GIFS for 10 months now) he agreed that it was time to enter the market. I recommended this stock to my father. Have you ever had someone recommend a stock to you and it just didn't look good? But then after a time you realized its true potential. Harvey Kirbey recommended MPEG to me when it was at 2 dollars. I failed to see it. I also had no cash on hand.

Many of you seem to believe that these news releases are empty. I don't see it that way. I believe that if you read between the lines, you will find much more. Look closer at the release and you will see that at least two major releases must follow before closeing. One, is that the audit must be completed by April 27, 1997. Second, another news release must follow explaining the future of the company. Remember I'm long on GIFS so time is not a factor. The way I see it is that these news releases are designed to prime the pump and to bring public interest to the stock. After this is achieved, then real news will follow. Some of you need to learn how to look further into what you read, besides what is on the surface. Look at the past news releases and you will see a chain of events which will end in the desired result.

So, what we are looking at is about 30 days before these things must occur. Most of us have waited far longer than that. Keep in mind that this is just my opinion.

Jaime
