It's entirely possible that AOL and AT&T are doing some behind the scene deals that can nullify the Open Access Movement.

The burning question is: How can AT&T take care of AOL that wouldn't damage ATHM's position? Is there a way that all 3 parties can be happy? Not much thought has been put to this.
