Tsunami can expect some action from the regulators as I have reported his admission to participating in the fraud .. IMHO, there has been a big misunderstanding between you and tsunami. If you go back and read the posts in sequence, it is clear (at least to me) that tsunami is not participating in any fraud. BTW, if you read random posts from tsunami's profile (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/profile.aspx?userid=7300634) - it is obvious he is no TokyoMex. And please do not take this post as meant to criticize you or tsunami. I simply did not want two well-intentioned short-sellers go after each other's throats. Regards, Rajiv
