could you direct me to the link we will use to look at messages we have received from others in the last 30 days?

One option is to file your messages in the message center. You can find the message center in the pull down SI Navigation box in the upper right.

In the message center you can file messages in custom folders. ie you could make a folder 'need to ponder' and file some messages in it for later response.

Then you can click on the folder option in the message center and review the messages in the 'need to ponder' folder.
