I doubt that you would get an argument out of anyone that inner city schools are terrible, but money is not the solution. As a matter of fact, government getting involved and redistributing our tax dollars is part of the reason that we now have slums in what was at one time a nice little neighborhood. Men have to take responsibility as well as women for bringing a child into this world, and until this happens, we will have fatherless homes, and women thinking the only way they can get by is for government to take care of them. Sorry to sound like I'm preaching, but this makes my blood boil...R
