I've heard of people that do fine with ISDN. Obviously it's not nearly the bang for the buck that you get with cable and to a lesser extent ADSL.

Also, it sounds like the deal you're getting for ISDN is pretty decent. I would suspect this doesn't include the ISP charge.

Also note that ISDN 128 is more than 2X 56K phone line since ISDN is true digital and there is no noise loss. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about this.

Bottom line is I've heard that ISDN is adequate.

Of course if it was me I'd move.
