David, you need to include ABTE's debt when calculating ratios, as they have plenty of it. I think it is still cheap, but with foolish men running the place, and all the debt, it is not nearly as cheap as you say. I am looking for $15 to $20, though a buyout is certainly a possibility. The VPC is fixed.
