wily is right, if the isp is included, go for the ISDN right away. The option you are getting is actually cheaper than ADSL providing you get at least 125 hours per month. Sometimes the catch is they don't give you unlimited hours. If they give you enough hours free to cover the trading day, you can keep a 56k for browsing after the close. (I do my browsing during trading on a second computer connected to Earthlink at 56k but I would not try to trade on Earthlink).

128k ISDN will put you in the sweet spot for data flow. Go for it.
