Mark, if the STRATEGY is sound, in a long term, it does not make any difference if you paid 50 or 70 bucks a share in stock. It will be insignificant. Remember we are not paying cash. Most important factor, is the execution of the STRATEGY. My own feeling is that Joe is quite capable of pulling a smooth merger, having headquarters in Denver is a big plus.
