The "market" has not spoken yet.

You will not see the effect of the "market" on this stock until enough Market MAKERS have picked up on it. Whatever price action there has been in BANY so far is more than likely just due to people who held BANY, and do not understand what is happening, getting frustrated and bailing out. That's why they call them "weak hands".

We have two or three weeks to go before anyone can or should be trying to determine what the "market thinks" about ANYI.
