those are good questions - it would be interesting to hear how investor relations would reply - also, as you probably know, they are having their e/r this coming thurs.

IMO,
-buyouts and competition especially from high bandwidth enablers is always a threat and i suppose that's the chance you take investing in this fast, ever changing sector
BUT CURRENTLY i feel that this is a business model that may not only survive but which will enable rapid growth (grow as quickly as web usage)
