Jeff, I would agree that xicor as had difficulty competing with their peers in the past due to their more complicated manufacturing process. I will also say that xicoi's number one problem from day 1 has been being able to produce cost effective chips. However, now that they are committed to the foundry model, those problems will very soon be behind them and that is why I am so bullish on the stock. Also,keep in mind that ATML has branched off into many other areas over the years and that is why they have grown and been more profitable, whereas xico has stayed basically with EEPROM. But that is going to change too.

Additional note: My previously posted estimate on the quarter doesn't reflect any special charges should they decide to write off the fab this quarter.
