this is the article of the offering, it assumes 17.00/share, its use is indicated for working capital and acquisitions, the working capital part would make sense since cash flow from operations last year i believe was indicated negative. i really haven't dug in to find out why, but i am curious...
this next article implies a new competitor...claiming a better replacement product than the clzr cryogen, any ideas on how this affects clzr overall, ie how much of revenues are of this nature?

if these marketguide numbers are accurate, the roa and roe are quite impressive, they appear based on the ttm figures as the company has put together a couple of good quarters as indicated here...it implies a .36 or .37/share qtr to meet the 1.07, do you have any additional information that makes you so confident in meeting that number?

fa and ta blend...
as doug stated, the ta is in place to push this stock higher going forward, i think based on the fundamental side, you've got the possibilities of a company looking to get back on track(i'm basing this on the qtrly's and the "unresearched" negatively looking prior year). on a fundamentalist perspective, if this company can put together another one or two additional positive qtrs, they are gonna be granted the pe levels assigned with that growth, thus making doug's targets and timeframe quite possible, fundamentally speaking...i'm having a little fun here with ya, and i could finish off the fundamental side of the picture if i wanted to but i don't do alot of it anymore due to the time expended on ta.....your bringing this to my attention and the fact that you are very "long" would make any additional information you would care to share a big time saver and valuable contributon
