edwin: I agree with you. This is especially true in light of the prevailing monolithic sendmail software which is still used extensively. As the InterNet scales to more and more users SWCM's business model becomes more attractive. I really question the ISP business model as I continue to see pricing pressures from both above and below. SWCM's business model scales well (probably non-linearly).
The real question is, will endorsements start coming. In my mind, the only reason AOL continues to prosper is the endorsement by financial bankers such as Goldman Sachs. Their product sucks, but it doesn't matter. These guys have enough money to pour into a business to sell cattle manure at gold bullion prices.
