Ah, but I have called some of those numbers and have sent emails, including Reb. Atherly at LU. Also found and posted a link to the LU .pdf file. It evidently wasn't newsworthy enough for you. Or maybe it didn't fit the scenario you were developing???
I have the evidence and they know I do and have been told to stop asking for verification. I have the answers I need from the NYC attorney regarding XSNI and that is sufficient at this time.
Evidence is evidence, my dear. If you really have such hard copy, why not post it for all to see. It's value will not be diminished whether its made public now or later in this fantasy legal action you seem so consumed by.
Those in the UK are also well aware of how I documented this stock and have had their attorneys contact me with a shut up or pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees threat
If this is true, I can't imagine you(or anyone) would continue to pursue this. After all, it's not whether you win or lose, but how much it costs.

No, I think I'll just post the occasional news item and continue to comment on your "subjective" rants. We need the true facts about XSNI. The company has not been forthcoming, but does that mean that they're hiding something? You and others appear convinced that this is the case.
