Again , we draw attention to latest comment by MR.Norrie re progress at the Plant site.
THE LATEST IN UNITED NEWS - July
16, 1999
Always up-to-date.

When we made the news announcement
on June 29,1999 that the
plant was operating, we assumed
that the shareholders would
draw from this that the plant had
commenced shipping.
Apparently, we were wrong and thank
the shareholders who have
pointed this out.

The first shipment went out in June
and there have been
several shipments since then. As
the Company grows,
shipments and/or sales will
increase each year from the
previous year. These increases are
forecast to happen
for the foreseeable future as the
Company becomes
better known and as secondary
industry, that require
silica sand as their raw material
base, is attracted to
Western Canada.

Thank you for your input and we
hope that we have
clarified to our shareholders that
sales have started.

James K. Norrie
President
Guess we will have to wait for financials for the last quarter to get a handle on revenues and profit being generated by the frac sand sales. The silica and glass products are being stockpiled.Hopefully a contract for the glass will be finalized shortly and shipments will begin. As well we must be getting close to approval [if successfull] for the shakes and then the plant can be established for production. Our understanding is that all the frac sand being produced is being shipped and is producing a good source of revenue for the company.
The Alberta Govt. Enviromental study gave the plant a clean bill of health.Once the Canadian Govt also confirms the enviromental impact is negligable ,we may see the asked for increase in tonnage removal approved by the Alberta Government so that extra capacity can be utilized.
One of these days the market will realize the true worth of this company.Hopefully Mr. Norrie's talks in the East scheduled for Sept- Oct will stimulate buying.
