Neal, I agree with you. Everyone on that board has a responsibility to work for shareholders. Taking the ball home rings hollow. Notice that there is the funding to base the company IF the company dances their way. What the hell happened to old fashion majority rule? Then everyone works towards the objective. Don't accept a position if you can't do the job! The rally around the Father makes me sick, something out of the days of the inquisition? Just the politics suck. The Father needs to resign himself, serving God and penny stock greed simultaneously is impossible. Maybe rallying around Porky Pig would be more appropriate?
