robert: trading WAS done at .02 and .025!!
The wide spread you mention is not accurate. In my case, the trader acting as principle, sold me his own stock. I never knew this until my slip arrived in the mail. Serious investors do NOT wan't to sell even at .06 cents. The trader is doing his job by creating a market. Mind you, he may be lighting his position in case the worst happens. About the .05 cent close, if a consolidation of one for four was done, the minimum price(.20) would allow for some type of financing.
