Larry, last free one, <<No way to really win in the long run>> Wrong, you can probably make more money shorting pennies than going long for lots of reasons. Even to the point of totally destroying a new potentially profitable company. The answer to your other questions should be obvious. Speculative stocks have little proof, they would already be fully valued if proof was available. Think it through.
