U.S APPEALS COURT UPHOLDS DISMISSAL OF LIFEONE FROM INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY
Black Sea and Austost Appeal of the Dismissal is Denied
North Bethesda, MD, July 19, 1999 -- LifeOne, Inc., (OTCBB: LONE), (the "Company"), announced today that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit affirmed the decision of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana dismissing the involuntary bankruptcy petition against the Company.
Black Sea Investments Ltd, and Austost Anstalt Schaan had appealed the U.S. District Court's Ruling ordering the Bankruptcy Court to dismiss the involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against LifeOne on August 27, 1998. |
