Yes, Rambi, Russians do indeed say "V" for "W," and roll their r's. But then, so does everybody for whom English is not native. "Th", likewise, is impossible to pronounce. You should also make your "h" as guttural as you can, so that it sounds like "kh". And final "v" should sound like "f", final "b" like "p", final "d" like "t", long "a" like "eh", etc.

Vere is zee bazrrroom? I need to vash my khants.
My khusbant khass disappearrt. I zink mebbe khee khass defectet. Or khee khass fount anozer voo-man.
