maybe but it sure works now and there is money to be made. even non-internet plays have exhibited this tendency strongly (PKSI 30+, PRSW 26+..). PRSW may have coverage from Morgan Stanley though MS does not figure in their underwriter list as MS venture capital owns a significant stake in it. Srini
