Alice I don't know enough information on how the suit reads or just what is being asked for.

I just read the article linked to the post below, the lawyer Lerach has a reputation for doing these suits and getting rich, and congress has bills in commitee that are aimed at stopping these suits...it's all in the article linked below, a long but good read.
