ed - have you ever heard of selling into strength? Super sell messages which got executed indicate institutional selling. Just because institutions are selling doesn't mean the price will go down - if the retail buyers are supporting the price. Retail buyers were buying not just because of the earnings, but also because of the Bristol decision, and most importantly because of the tracking stock rumor. Of course, if institutions want to unload they are not just going to dump - that would break the stock - and they want to get as high a price for the shares they are selling as possible. They will unload so that the market can absorb it. So, there is nothing <<Funny !!!>> about institutions selling, but the price still going up. You really should try to study the markets a little bit more, otherwise you'll walk in a state of perpetual <<Funny !!!>>.

As to the impact of the SEC - the idea has already been out there that it may result in an addition of 1 c. You are one of those folks who is spreading the 50 c. number for this quarter. Jeez, hope you are right.
