I just noticed that the "reply" button isn't always directly over the text for private messages. The position of the left margin can change depending on the width of the text, thus changing the relative position of the "reply" button and the text. Again, the fact that the left margin of the text can change ruins any intuitive feel of the user interface. And the positional change in relation to the navigation commands further compounds the issue.
