Some other examples are celebrating halloweeen....Even churches throw "church parties"...and millions of christians around the world see Nothing Wrong with such" cute costumes".....It is the highest holy day of the enemy of our Father ....and there is NO justification for celebrating at ALL....on that day...it should be a day of prayer and fasting for all christians... And this one will surprise you...... but also the way christians celebrate the Resurrection and call it Easter...Have you ever wondered where the eggs and bunny rabbit came from...what have they got to do with the resurrection of our Lord?.. The word Easter is NOT in the manuscripts....it only appears once in the Bible...Acts 12 :4....see you Strongs Concordance #3957, the correct translation is Pacha...Passover... The word Easter is the Greek word Ishtar. which was a pagan festival celebrated at Spring time by having Big get together...and townspeople participating in sexual permiscuity!!!...the Queen of heaven was said to have dropped and egg from heaven and then it was sat upon by a rabbit and Hatched....thus...the Easter Bunny and the eggs...Some more things of the world... And of course you know the every day things...working too many hrs. away from the family....to Live as the Jones's?.... the movies some won't Forbid to watch ....the clothes we allow our children to wear...so that they will 'Fit" in...you know the rest... We are suppossed to be set apart...we are different...and yet it is hard to tell.... Enough for now...have to go Remember Barry that we are not righteous in and of our own.....but only by the blood of Jesus are we made rightous...it is vicariously attributed to us...So that when our Father looks upon us he sees past our wrechedness to the blood that covers us....the precious blood of Jesus our Savior....that is the only thing that sets us apart from all others..... 1 Peter 2:9-12 Shalom....><>.><>.><> You are a good man Barry...your heart is heavy...give your burdens to our Lord...
