Vadim, I sent your prior post to Skipard and here is his response:

At the risk of my repeating myself, but in response to the last post
1.German sales declining, they signed a new contract on 12/23/96 for
at least $12mm over the next 3 years, they had neglible sales in
Germany prior to this as the sales were related to test machines
prior to the order.2.On 5/20/96 Federico Pignatelli Chairman of
the Board bot 20,000 shares at $4.36,on 6/13-6/28/96 he bot an
additional 85,000 shares between $4.17-$4.74 according to WSA SEC
records, the shares purchased by CT was the private placemnt which
all has been converted and was done at a prive of $2.75 therefore
not rea;lly an issue as all of those holders are in at this level.
3.Flavor Flow is a neat product, but it is my impression it is on
the back burner,as they focus on LaserBrush and FDA.5.No one has
ever had a laser approved for hard tissue, but supposedly the Millenium has many characteristics whichj allow for high powered jets of water to cut,and therfore avoiding the burning and damage that the heat from a normal laser will do,they are currently in a double blind study at UOP in San FRan,and I do not know where they stand because no one ever has a peek at the FDA'hole card.Is it reasonable to assume that if they were EVER to get this approval that the current price might be an attractive entry point? We are talking about a $3 stock, with a new laser,a new laser toothbrush,a new laser for cosmetic purposes, how many of these items have to be succesful to have a nice investment on your hands.I know NOTHING about lasers, and I don't think Wall Street really cares either, but I have had 2 world renowned scientists sign a confidentially agreement with BLTI,and they tell me they have the goods, and this is the laser of the future.I keep saying the LaserBrush is going to launch this puppy and it is 90 days away, and is it safe to assume that 100,000 people will try it if it is
carried by the largest retail factors? This launch could bring
in over $10mm in revenues and a nice hit to the bottom line.
This is an option that is not going to expire,I am not a chartist,
but look at the chart with nothing happening and tell me what
you think when something will happen?I own a lot of stock and
my average price is right in here, and I do have an axe to grind,
but I do want to hear all constructive criticsm, and I welcome
everything you have to offer,as I want to be objective where my
own money is on the line.Thank you, please keep posting.
