This is actually a response to both you and Neal. If you two think the
current management has any chance of bringing any success to this
company, you must be as screwed up as them.

Also, as far as the majority rule statement, that's exactly what didn't
happen. The majority of the votes were determined to be invalid by
the (then) current management. How convenient.....

So, if you are so sick of the situation, why not sell your shares
and save us your righteousness ?
