Research frontiers (REFR) continues its stock promotion fraud.

This "article" was placed by Research Frontiers investor relations... it simply regurgitated a similar PR newswire release. SPD technology is fraudulently promoted by RFI management as a viable alternative to electrochromics. In its 35 year history, RFI has never commercialized a single product. RFI management has entered into numerous similar "license" arrangements, all of which have never yielded a commercial product. RFI management will not publicly disclose the details of these "licenses".

RFI has several paid promoters that parrot the misleading claims made by this company. RFI has no sales or earnings potential and continues to fraudulently promote its stock by promising investors that products are "imminent".

Many companies produce electrochromic products, including Pilkjington/Flabeg, Gentex, Donnelly, Toyota, Nikon and Murakami-Kaimedo. It is generally accepted in the glass industry that electrochromic switchable glazings are favored for commercial applications. Ironically, Dr. Carl Lampert - who is falsely credited with endorsing SPD by RFI stock promoters - opined that electrochromics can be used for the "widest variety of applications" in a paper submitted to a convention (held in Tempere, Finlad in mid-June 1999) for the glass processing industry.
