Has it ever occurred to you that you might actually be better at writing than at engineering? Or at least as good at it as at engineering? :-)
Remember, Shelley said that poets (creative types generally) are the "legislators of mankind." Think about that, and take heart!
And if you still can't stand it, go back and take the test over again. Rate everything that mentions "sense," "security," "efficiency," "order," blah, blah, No. 1 (instead of No. 4, as I did, and you probably did too). That will get you out of the Dreamer-Minstrel category in no time flat.
