The price of the Qwst stock determines how many shares of Qwst must be issued to Usw...More shares would be issued at 30 than at 39...so the collar sets a maximum and minimum number of shares to issue... At 35 a share and the 69 dollar exchange rate...Qwst/Usw could have a P/E of 35 at the end of December...
