Rick:

I had a long discussion with Susan Primrose today. Everything is looking good for IMUL. She is unaware of any large blocks going through and Amerindo has not divested any shares of IMUL (they own ~3 million). The next Ragweed trial will begin in July 1997 with results posted by January 1998. IMUL will be beginning a new CAT trial around July 1997 and will be putting in for an IND for the cocaine vaccine in May/June of this year. So my take is that investors got tired of waiting for IMUL to make its way to market with a drug and on top of that a major tech selloff over the past few weeks. Panic selling set in today, but clearly the market value for IMUL is way under what it should be and there is a significant gap between $5 and $3.5 so I anticipate that the gap will be filled within the next two weeks. I am still long and strong on IMUL, but you need to be in this one for 1-2 years. Potentially, a great buying opportunity
