wily, All: A while back somebody mentioned where to find translations of those beep signals your PC puts out when it just doesn't start right. I've got a long, short, short short signal emanating from a machine before it blanks out (right when I power up), and I can't figure out what's wrong. I'm hoping the secret decoder will enlighten me. Thanks. peter
