Any idea what this means? Seems to be rather unusual language. I'm not sure what an international primissory note is. Whose first security and performance is on the line here?

Also, please tell me more about company employees not getting the dividend. Unless they own a different class of security, I don't think it is legal to exclude them. It simply dilutes their stock, so it is actually a pay cut for the employees. This cannot be very motivating. Are the big boys getting their stock dividend?

Just trying to catch up.
