Well, when I came across the rumor out of London and the reference to EB, Inc I thought I uncovered something and posted my findings as they came..........Anyway you've got the story straight. I misstakenly infered that EB Inc. was ELBO. Once I got to Note 8 of the financials it became clear. When unrelated holdings have similar names it becomes an effort to keep track of it all: EB Holdings - ELBO EB Nevada - Kims Trust (69.04% holder of ELBO, 25% holder of EB PLC) EB Canada - Wholy owned sub of ELBO EB Inc - Predecessor to ELBO, holds 25% EB PLC EB PLC - British Public Co with Managment agree with ELBO Best Regards, Mad2
