Bottom line is this. In order for the company to expand and grow, they need capital. Remember, they are basically just getting started in the internet venue. The float is extremely low...around 4 mil, I think.

Would I rather get my capital by having a company like CMGI come in and buy a %, or would I rather raise the capital myself, and share the revenues ?

If I plan on good things happening in the short term and long term, then I want to raise the capital myself....Hence the stock offering.
