Unfortunately, we don't know whether the "grave concerns" you raise are true. There are two sides to every story. Granted, we're only hearing your side. But I guess that means we should find the other side guilty by reason of remaining quiet? I second Mr. Braun's advice and advise you to bring your charges before the SEC. Good luck.
