Sipowitz,

As far as the financials, there has been dramatic improvement in the last year. Last fiscal year (96) earnings were -$0.01 per share, the prior year (95) was - $2.91. Nice imrovement in the financial staements! I would recommend taking advantage of the current price range while you can. By the looks of the market maker positions 20 to 40 thousand shares should raise the offer. plantman.
