He said orders for linear components have been growing since last December. He said he expects growth to improve in the second half of 1997. He also likes the company's strategy of focusing on the high end of the analog segment; with EPS estimates in 1997 at $1.66 a share, compared with $1.72 in 1996, and EPS estimates for 1998 at $2.07 a share.
