Kanakaris Utilizing Credit Line To Assist In New Strategic Alliance And Acquisition Opportunities

Internet Downloadable Innovator Scores Major Interest With Successful Launch Of Online Movies Of The Week Kanakaris Communications (OTC BB:KANA) announced that more than
85,000 unique viewers accessed the opening week of its Online Movie Of
the Week website and several companies, ranging from major
publicly-traded firms to private start-ups, have entered into
negotiations with Kanakaris regarding potential strategic alliances and
Kanakaris merger/acquisitions.
The Company issued the following news points, with more details on certain items to be announced beginning this week:
-- Kanakaris will begin using its line of credit for use toward acquisitions and strategic alliances beginning this week.
Kanakaris expects to reach and announce both Letters of Intent and Definitive Contracts for different proposals under
consideration beginning this week. -- Kanakaris has reserved the Internet domain name
OnlineMovieOfTheWeek.Com-- Kanakaris successfully launched two additional Online Movies this
weekend, The Deadly Companions, staring Maureen O'Hara and Brian Keith (Western) and The Last Time I Saw Paris, starring Elizabeth
Taylor and Van Johnson (Comedy). Both movies are available now for free online viewing with no plug-in required at
www.kanakaris.com, as part of the Kanakaris relationship with GEO Interactive (LSE:GIM) and its Emblaze technology. -- The "Michael Moore Show" interview of CEO Alex Kanakaris was
linked from Microsoft Corp.'s WindowsMedia.Com website. The show is part of ViaVid's content (www.viavid.com) being provided for
the WindowsMedia.com website under a Content Developer agreement announced between ViaVid Broadcasting Corp. and Microsoft Corp.
The WindowsMedia.com site has over 400,000 unique viewers daily and is expected to significantly increase the viewing audience of
ViaVid broadcasts. The "Michael Moore Show" will also be linked from Kanakaris proprietary web site home pages. -- Kanakaris continues to expand its infrastructure with the naming
