While my beliefs and ideals typically reside within the realm of political incorrectness, the internet seems to provide a certain measure of anonymity, so I will elaborate a bit.

Our Bill Of Rights is under attack (like never before) from whom I believe are the predominately liberal elements which are so prevalent in Washington DC. Of this fact, there remains not a shred of doubt in my mind.

Bearing in mind that this thread is dedicated to the preservation of our Second Amendment Rights, our First Amendment Right to Free Speech is likewise under attack. It has come to a point in the United States where we all must begin to exercise extreme caution when we choose to speak out on certain issues. There is active legislation being debated on Capitol Hill that would severely restrict and penalize individuals for using "politically incorrect" terms and statements.

Would you our anyone else here care to offer your thoughts on the "Hate Crimes" legislation? How does one define a "hate crime" and what should the limitations be on that definition?

I realize that this subject is off-topic, but it is an issue which concerns me greatly.
