I can only speculate as to what is happening to the stock price. This stock is verrrrry thinly traded, and so is highly subject to otherwise small influences. A single buyer or seller can move the price. The MM's can exaggerate this by moving the price ahead of the buyer or seller. I would guess there is sombody selling and the MM's don't want to take much of a position. Possibly the CEO, since he was unable to sell in the PO. Maybe other large holders. After all...tax day is approaching. Normally this type of activity doesn't hurt this much, so there may be something else going on. and don't forget, this is a technology company and may be caught up in the downdraft. Also, they have not been announcing new contracts at the previous pace. It does cause me some concern.

On the bright side, management clearly indicated THEY believe the stock was undervalued when they cancelled the PO. And THEY do know things we don't. Also, the PE is a low for this growth rate, yielding a very low PE/G. I have seriously considered expanding my position at these prices, but have already exceeded my personal limit for investments in one stock. I still may buy more, because I am very bullish on GFIN. It may take one or two quarters for the company to prove the expected growth rate. A bit speculative, but the rewards far exceed the risks at this PE.

I would certainly appreciate other views. What do you think?
