Gary, More information on the two Farm-in agreements from Lajuanda Holder: In my Email to Lajuanda I had asked if they were going to bring in another rig to drill the Farm-in area or use one of the existing three rigs, and I had also asked if the Austin Chalk formation existed in the Farm-in area. >>>>>Sorry it took so long to get back with you. I was correct in everything I said about the farm-in except for the following: We will drill to the Austin Chalk, Buda and/or Georgetown formations (I left Austin Chalk out in my last email). The deepest of these formations in this particular area is about 7,000 ft. (approximately the same depths we are currently drilling to the Austin Chalk in the 117,000 net acre block). To answer your other questions, at this time the plan is to use one of the three rigs currently running for this farm-in drilling. The farm-in agreement specifically excludes Cotton Valley Pinnacle Reefs. The agreements aren't necessarily depth-specific. CWEI signed a confidentiality agreement with the other party, therefore, I'm not allowed to disclosed any info on who "they" is.<<<<< CWEI should be filing their 10-Q with the SEC tomorrow, then maybe some of the websites will have the correct information on CWEI.
