American Digital Communications, Inc. Adds Four New Thoroughbred Tracks

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1999--American Digital Communications Inc. [OTCBB: ADCM] announced today the addition of four new thoroughbred racetracks to the TrackPower(TM) service.
The four tracks are Louisiana Downs, Canterbury Park in Minnesota, Great Lakes Downs in Michigan, and Hawthorne Race Course in Chicago, Illinois, the fifth oldest racetrack in the U.S. All have signed non-exclusive live broadcast agreements, bringing the total number of tracks offered on the TrackPower service to nineteen.

TrackPower is a multi-channel digital satellite television service for horse racing. The TrackPower service allows racing fans to watch full-card simulcasting from premier racetracks in their home or office. On July 1, 1999, TrackPower began broadcasting on EchoStar's Dish Network(TM) service, which broadcasts to more than 2.3 million U.S. direct broadcast satellite homes. TrackPower also offers subscribers telephone wagering through Penn National Race Course's Telebet system.
